Is this a fair price for an IPhone 11?

I don’t usually buy new phones and the person I’m getting it for wants an iPhone. I was thinking this is a decent price for the model but not sure. It’s the top one and it says £168 cashback. Unlimited texts and minutes and 100gb data £41 pm.
