Looking for a good fast laptop for everyday use no gaming just MS Office, Internet, Emails Etc need something powerful and fast. Was looking at this at Costco. Would really appreciate any advice.

Why would you need something so powerful for general use. That laptop l, although decent specs, is a bit overkill imo.
Just get a ryzen 5/ i5 laptop for £500 it will be plenty fast enough for your needs, also ryzen 7 is only a very slight upgrade over a ryzen 5, for the price you've stated you could probably get an i7 which is much better than a ryzen 7
