Did you list an alternative e-mail when you signed up for your hotmail account?

And that alternative e-mail was the account that received the above e-mail?

accountservices.msn.com
I pasted that into my url and my hotmail e-mail came up in this.

I'd take a guess that someone, who knows your e-mail, is trying to hack your account.
