Looks pretty reasonable to me for most purposes.
What are you going to be using it for?

Just a family pc, but am a bit warey of the HP brand because we had a HP laptop and it died after 13 month..:x

I've got loads of HP kit in the office. Never had any problems with them - which is more than I can say about Dell.
It isn't a laptop either so if some part does go wrong you should be able to replace it reasonably cheaply.

I am also looking to replace my old Dell desktop and this seems like a good price to me.. Gona do a bit mnore research before I buy. I am a techno phobe lol

personally I'd go for this:

]Packard Bell IM2424

It's listed as a refurb but that's only because it's an "end of line" product.

you would also need to buy a seperate monitor but they are cheap as chips these days.

I guess it all depends on your budget.

Im looking to replace this

Vista Home Premium.
DIMENSION E520 VIIV CORE 2 DUO PROCESSOR
Intel Core 2cpu, 4300 @ 1.80 GHz
1022 MB Memory (RAM)
32 bit Operating System
MEMORY DUAL CHANNEL 1024MB (2X512) 533MH
MEDIA CARD READER 13-IN-1 INTERNAL
HARD DRIVE 250GB SERIAL ATA II 7200RPM

Any suggestions?

Budget is really about £300, doesnt need to include monitor.
