Is this site legit?

Hi I'm not sure if this site is legit or not, It seems to good to be true but having a look around on google I can't seem to find anything warning that this is a fake site, saying that I haven't found any reviews saying that it is brilliant. The site is this copyrighthouse.co.uk/ind…htm

I am in need to copyright a lot of designs and going to an attorney I have got a quote for about £1000 for a copyright design, I have also been advised to get a trademark from this attorney which I will maybe do in later days if this idea of mine kicks off but this can be another grand in itself.
So £79 seems WAY TOO good to be true! If anyone has any information and also any experience copyrighting an design I would appreciate any input and tips. This will be a new business idea that I am venturing into, which is something that is completely different from my existing company. Thanks guys and girls.

Registered with companies house at the above location. Seems to be a con to me.

Just googling all the people involved appears to be dubious too and almost like they have had profiles set up to make them look legit.

Also try googling the names of the registrations on the on site reviews, They seem to be all non existent entities.

Thanks for the advice so far, I'm so confused, as what you have written astec123 it doesn't seem legit, especially the address is just a home, yet they are suppose to have these members who work there from all locations. Surely it would be an actual office if they are a big company. But this is what confuses I looked on this link

And it recommend it is safe, also knowing that the website has been over 4years old. But seeing how there are no other reviews apart from their own website doesn't seem real. Maybe I should go with my gut feeling, but the price difference is amazingly a massive saving!
You need to understand and be clear about the difference between copyright, trademark and registered design and probably patents as well (depending on what you're doing)

You automatically own copyright in your own work - you don't need a service or to pay anyone to own copyright. All that service seems to be doing is taking a copy of your work so that you have some sort of evidence that you did it.
what was the £1000 quote for and what was included - what searches/registration?
Legally this is a fairly complex area so start by having a good read here:.

You would expect even just a basic office to some degree. It's too good a deal for it to be legit too.

Scam Advisor is probably the most unreliable rating system going in my experience. It's all electronically gathered data and no human input as I understand it. It uses a calculation system based on establishing online data of things like where the site is based, if it's registered with companies house and if there are negative comments on google type searches to give each site individual a scores. It's fine for getting an idea but it's always something that would need to be considered in conjunction with other things. My attitude towards it is that if Scam Advisor and 2 other reliable sources of reasons to trust a site exist then I'd risk it. If not then I wouldnt.

4 years without any real reviews elsewhere is a bad sign with their suggestion they have so many clients.

Avoid. This looks good but is a scam site.

Basically, it's a scam.
Thanks for all the input guys, much appreciated. Was very tempted to go through with it, but will do more research into copyright design before even using my attorney and paying a lump sum of under a grand!
