Is this the LENOVO Y900 RAZER EDITION?

The RAZER edition has 2x GTX X 970 with RAZER Keyboard and Mouse. But the picture doesn't show it's a RAZER edition and doesn't say RAZER Edition.

please don't spend £2100 on a pc with two 970 GPUs. you are severely overpaying. why do you want it? nzxt make razer branded cases if that's what you want

The pictures show the light at the front being red rather than Razer green, so probably not. It's obviously the same components other than the LEDs though.

And as Longback says, don't spend £2,200 on an outdated system like that. It's at around £500 more than a similar quality, slightly better performing and newer setup with a GTX 1080.

This all day and all night

A quick search and toss together gets this

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/8JcYgL

£1370.76 + cost of a few case fans, any lights you want and other minor parts.

Identical specs from a self build makes this seem a poor buy even with some bundled Razor stuff thrown in if it does. Looking at it for £2100 you could spend it much more wisely and get so much more power.

You've missed various bits out like the razer keyboard and mouse and wi-fi adapter as well as assembly costs. £1600-1700 is a more reasonable price for that sort of config.

It's also a silly config for a higher end PC now that newer hardware is out. There's no point penny pinching in areas like SSD size and OEM instead of Full Windows 10.

A more sensible config would be something along the lines of this:

Have a look at sites like PCSpecialist and Cyberpower for price comparisons for the same spec. Their margins are fairly consistent with regards to hardware cost so if the machine you're looking at is hundreds more than the equivalent config on those sites then you're being ripped off.

Maybe I did, however the base costs and comparable components is what I'm comparing. If OP wants to buy this computer, I'm pointing out that it's vastly overpriced, which you appear to have wasted your time replying to me, suggesting I'm clueless in this area and you seem to do consistently to any other tech savvy users of this site.

I've located the core components for a quick comparison to demonstrate the price disparity which is quite evident when I say about price comparison for the self build of 'identical specs' and the proviso around additional minor components not being included because I can't be bothered to MPN every single item to get the point across.

If you'd like I'll be happy to pick apart your configuration, however I'm not going to be that petty.

As to penny pinching, the fact OP is looking to buy a prebuilt over priced machine suggests that Full Windows 10 is probably a waste of money.................................

I've re-read my post and I'm not sure what you're objecting to.

I pointed out that if he wanted the exact same bundle from elsewhere it could reasonably cost a couple of hundred more than '£1370.76 + the cost of a few £5 bits'. I know you weren't suggesting it would, put the OP is obviously inexperience with the market so I thought it was good to make it explicit.

Then I said that it was a silly config for that performance level. You've already said you could spend the full budget much more wisely and I'd be surprised if you'd consider the Lenovo component choice sensible even if it was less exhobitantly priced. It's not a complete disaster, but it can definitely be improved.

Finally I posted my suggestion about what would be a better setup for the same performance. I'm sure you disagree with some of my component choices, but I don't see anything wrong with my having posted it.
