Do you just add the movie files to the SD or do you need to create files?

I just download stuff from youtube using realplayer then, convert them with a free (trial) converter to .avi I tried using the Iteddy conversion tool but it never worked. You just drag and drop onto the card. My 2 year old loves hers

Thanks, so AVI file work? Any others, smaller file size etc?
