Hi, Im new ish so not sure if I am doing this right..... Paid for a BluRay by Paypalgift, over 2 weeks ago and nothing. Seller inbox full and has been for a while, Emailed HotUk but no reply. I realise that I wont see the blu ray but is there anything I can do

on here you arent covered by normal paypal if the seller enpties thewir account, so no real difference

Seller doesn't seem to have been on in over a week so maybe he's away and hasn't been able to help. Remember the postal strikes too, although I have still managed to get most of my packages :thumbsup:

...ring the seller on the telephone number you were advised to obtain as part of the "]FS/FT trading advice" (see point #1).

I would also like to add that in future trades do not use the "as Gift" option in PayPal to send funds to an unknown party.

PayPal will not help you recover the funds if you have used this option.

Paypal gift is fine when dealing with a known trustworthy member (i.e me!) don't diss it off to everyone. But agreed, the feedback would of made me think, could all be genuine and they could be away etc.
