Jabra Elite 75t will not auto connect after opening case. Have to forget device and then add again.

Recently purchased Jabra Elite 75t. I have paired this buds to my iPhone using the app and also directly via Bluetooth. As soon as I put the buds back in the case then later take them out to listen to music, the buds do not auto connect and also do not send a bluetooth signal. I have to forget the buds and re-pair every single time. They should auto connect. I have the latest version of the app downloaded and my device is supported. Has anyone else faced this issue and did you find any solution to it. Thanks.
