Who sent it. What's the email address
My personal email address no account is attributed to it
Recognises it. I reset my password using the email haven’t received a reset password. Could it be possible used my email by chance?
Have you actually ordered an item from the JD website?
However, it is possible they have spoofed the sender (made it look real) - you should try logging on the actual JD Sports site and see if you have an account / order.
Considering the email doesn’t say to email back, or phone some dodgy number to cancel, I can’t see a scammer getting anything out of sending the mail
You say it’s your email address but you don’t have an account attributed (Presumably JD) to it. Then you say you have reset the password. So do you have an account? Or has someone used your email to set up an account?
That’s what I also understand it to mean, I always say to my wife, even if the email address is yours, if you actually don’t have an account then ignore and if you do close the email, open a new browser session and login to the account and check. Never ever click on a link within an email, regardless.
