Just posted this on AV forums but lets see if I get a reply here

"Hi I am in the process of getting the 32C3030 price matched through JL. I then had a thought. I bought a 21" Philips from them about 4 years ago and after checking it still has some guarantee left on it! Now the TV is working. Will they return it for a part exchange if there is nothing wrong with it?

thank you"

Coming from a person called Scrooge! Would you not rather save £100 against buying a new tv?

lol I gave away my 33" 100hz panny for nowt before getting my new tv!

A 21" crt is pretty much worthless imo

At My local tip there are hundreds of old Tvs just lying there dumped. Their all good makes and sizes too. Their worthless now. I agree with tomm about this one you will only be covered if you find a fault:whistling:
