Hi, has anyone experienced a fault with a tv and used the 5/6 warranty with either JL Or Richer Sounds, just wanting to know how good both of the company's are at resolving, thanks

Our TV from Richer Sounds failed after 2 years but we had taken out the 5 year warranty. They send an engineer (through manufacturer) to fix it. When the TV broke again a few months later, Richard Sounds swapped the TV for a new one. If you were to upgrade your TV in the future and have bought the warranty, you can sell your TV with the remaining warranty and Richer Sounds transfer the warranty to the new owner. In my opinion Richer Sounds are one of a few companies where you get good advice in store and online, very responsive on Twitter, and good deal. The 5 year warranty is dirt cheap for what you get.

I bought a TV from Richer Sounds a number of years ago and paid for the 5 year extended warranty. Within 3 years the power button failed and the TV couldn't be switched on, Richer Sounds sent out an engineer within a couple of days and fixed it on site with no problems.
