Joie Chrome Pushchair

Today we went to check out several pushchairs and found Joie chrome quite good for its price (219.99 for Pushchair, Carry cot and Car seat vs 595 for Silvercross Pioneer!!) .. Just wanted to check from someone who has used it ? Also if Joie Chrome plus is lot better than Joie Chrome.
Thanks a lot in advance !

Hi, we've used ours for just under two years now and it's still going well. We were very picky and wanted a pushchair that ticked a number of boxes and the Joie Chrome was the only one to do everything we wanted, for a good price. Other brands have things the Joie doesn't, air filled tyres, more compact design, but these were things we didn't really care about.

We did have to return the first one we bought as the frame bent slightly from general use, causing the wheels to constantly squeak, but Joie had a replacement policy, so when we went to Mothercare, we walked out with a brand new frame the same day. With some other manufacturers, the pushchair would have been taken away to be repaired.

We are very pleased with it and have two further Joie car seats because of how much we liked the brand. Hope it helps. (I have no idea about the plus model).

Thanks a lot for detailed response! Thanks v much.

We love our Chrome. Bought it cos it ticked so many boxes for us. Not too wide as we have a narrow front door, great price, big rear wheels for easy getting up steps, stupidly easy fold, pushchair lies really flat so you can get them into it quite early if they're inquisitive like our boy who quickly wanted out of the carrycot! Only thing we don't like are the straps as they slip around a bit and the shoulder pads fly off when you undo them - would still recommend 100% though.
My understanding with the chrome plus is that it is identical other than having removable colour coded hood.
