So how come you sell Bakewell Fingers and Frangipane Crumble Slices for £1.50 a box of 6, but then charge £5.20 for a slightly lemony sponge?

I guess it’s because fingers and slices are a proportion of the cake whereas a lemony sponge is a cake?

I'm with You Wongy, lot of ingredients for the first two, barely Any in the 'slightly" lemony sponge!
