but it was brilliant!!
And i ran to the shop (because of the rain you see)

Me and my mates feel that the meatball marinara is a personal/private sub. Something you have to eat on ya own in ya room. Sounds sad but with the mess as well :P

i know what you mean.
The girl over filled mine, so there was sauce and meatballs everywhere.

Now chicken and bacon ranch, now theres a social sandwich:)

sweet chicken teryiaki, with loads of sweet onion sauce..... mmmmm

ahh thats my favourite sub :-)

meatball, herb n cheese; cheese, lettuce, red onion, cucumber, jalepenos. NOT toasted! NO extra sauce! (the meatball sauce is enough and its great).

that reminds me, meatball is the sub of the day tomorrow :-D

edit: yeah i agree with the messy issue! definitley not a sandwich you can eat whilst standing up. also another good reason not to get extra sauce!

mature cheddar cheese butty and a coffee and then a twix,snicker,mars,kitkat,starbar,seahorse,maccaroon.MONKEY!:w00t:

Gives me a warm feeling inside....

or is that the indigestion

Am I the only one who's never had a subway??
I'm more of a Gregg's guy: Roast Chicken Club in a oval
Sausage Bean and Cheese melt
followed by Caramel Donut

Speaking of Greggs I live in a relatively small town (Chesterfield) yet we have 3 Greggs, and a big variation in the quality of the snacks to the extent I only use one of them, is it the same in most towns??
Mind you we have two Subways too!

Personally I think there's too much discussion about how the whole country is supposedly fat, and that everyone needs to watch their weight.... though to be fair, I guess that's because no matter what I eat, I don't put any more weight on.

No, I've never had one either, mostly because of the price, but partly because I don't like onion and various other stuff that you can choose to go on them - the stuff I'd end up with would be a lot cheaper to make a sandwich of at home!

well i went to the subway just down the road from you.

Those plastic surgical type gloves make me feel disturbed although it would be difficult to know the difference between the taste of them gloves and their cheese tbh.

exactly how big is your mouth?

I like meatball marinara the best at subways. But I have had quite a few stomach aches after eating them. The first few times, I thought it may just be coincedence but I learned my lesson after it kept happening every so often.

You muppet, you wasted £2 getting it today. Meatball is sub of the day tomorrow so you could of got a footlong for -£4. I got a book of vouchers on friday of them. Anyone else have a friday treat at work? I have something boring monday-thurs then have either fish n chips, Subway or similar on a friday.

I love subway but the last 2 times we went to our local one we had bad experiences and were unimpressed (the first time it was dirty filthy nasty and the second they didn't have Italian bread, ham, chicken or meatballs - and they didn't care very much) so now my OH has banned us from going there, waaah, it's the only one around here :(:(

Theres a shop very similar to subway in the metrocenter, must be a national franchise. It's actaully better than subway (in my opinion) can't remember it's name begins with a Q.

Quiznos, I asked Jeeves

good point, what sauce do you have? gotta be bbq with meatball

How about "I live across the road from a subway? and I have vouchers?"

Do i win!?!

I too like going Subway and so far my favourite is Sweet Onion Chicken Teryaki with Italian Herb and Cheese toasted and hot chilli sauce. Apparantly the ranch sauce is the nicest but i've never treid it. I go every tuesday with my mates when we have 2 hours off but I have never had the Sub of the day (the meatball one) as i have never had meatballs before and the meatballs look to big.

I wanna go with Veggie Delight from now on to try and loose weight

BTW where can i get Subway vouchers as i must admit the price of footlongs are high Rep for anyone who tells me

i had ranch sauce last time, it's ace!

But i like the south one (Can't remember the full name) it's like mayo but has a spice to it.

It's reaaaaaaally nice!!

btw, i am not a regular subway visitor, just rrecently discovered how much they whoop mcdonalds!
