2x Ibuprofen for starters, if that doesn't help then on your next dose add 2x Paracetamol (No more than twice a day)
Memory foam mattress or if you have a firm mattress then a 3-4 inch Memory foam topper will work a treat, i used to have a very similar problem.

hi mate, sorry to hear your having trouble sleeping. i once had numbness in my left arm and shoulders and actually went hospital for an ECG although i was getting minor chest pain also. Best thing to do is let the painkillers kick in and try see the doc tomorrow if you can for a check up. just to be on the safe side

I was getting a numbness in my left wrist and forearm a few months ago. Turned out, it was caused by carpal tunnel syndrome, which is an issue in which the nerve that goes down to your hand through a little tunnel of bone in the wrist called the carpal tunnel swells up, compressing the nerve, and causing sucky things like tingling and numbness. I wonder if you've maybe uncovered some weird sort of problem where all your nerves swell and give you numbness and suckinesses all over.

Although, I'm basically just an idiot who knows nothing about medical things, so you're probably wise to ignore me. nhs24.com/con…nt/ is a better place to go. NHS Direct is probably going to be helpful too, nhsdirect.nhs.uk/ . Speak to your local NHS practice too in the morning, hopefully you'll be able to get a doctor's appointment reasonably quickly.

I wish you the best of luck recovering from this. Waking up in pain really is the shttest thing in the world.

hey hun, have u not got this checked out yet?xxx

I get this quite often, and I think it is was the OP has too. It is usually caused by sitting in a draft sometime during the day. I get it if I had the car window down. Annoying, painful, but nothing to worry about.

Also the symptoms for angina .....get it checked out!

Get it checked, it could be tendinitis and you'll need anti-inflammatories to shift it x

hope you feel better soon:thumbsup:

also symptoms for a mild heart attack, the sort suffered by young people. Go see a doctor today y'fool!

AGREE - Ring NHS Direct - sorry don't have phone number handy, but Google the term. I must emphasise, get it done, asap.

Or is this a joke? If so, you deserve a lot of pain in hell - I have a feeling it is a joke, nobody can be this stupid. If it is, may it burn like hell everytime you pee for the the rest if your life, if not, GET IT CHECKED.

sounds like you have a circulation problem could be a number of things but go and see a doctor
