Anyone else having problems using their KFC rewards?

    The app opens OK - but the message suggests whatever you tried to add to the basket is OOS - so maybe it's that.

    yup you are correct
    seems like a longterm problem... so poor
    even had some rewards expire

    Had the same issue in December but managed to redeem finally on the last day. Had another expire a week or two ago and was unable to use it. Emailed them and they restored it for me with a new date and said its a bug their developers are trying to solve but having issues narrowing it down.
