How do you mean "gone"? A clutch is not really a single item.

it's not working, cant get up hills etc

It could just be the clutch cable - not vastly expensive. If the clutch has really gone, then take a deep breath when you are told the cost.

could b better, could be worse-thanks 4 help

I just had new clutch and flywheel on my Audi - £700!!

although kia's are a cheap car there parts are not!!! As a general rule - the smaller the car the lower the labour.

I would advise that you ask for a clutch kit which will include the release bearing if its cable operated. Or if its hydraulic operated i would get a price for the slave cylinder to be replaced aswell. If this goes after the clutch is replaced then it's the same labour again to replace this i'm afraid - so it makes sense to replace it. Hope this helps you.
