Advice please. I tried to order a football kit online from Kitbag. I entered my card details for payment but the screen message stated "unable to process your order at this time - please try again later. No money has been taken from your account". I tried again, with the same result. I then tried later as a last attempt - the order was successfully processed. When I checked my emails I found that 3 orders had been placed. I emailed Kitbag immediately. They emailed back to say that I had to return the additional items at my expense. They said I should have checked my account history before I placed the extra orders. Surely I should be able to return the items free of charge.

    Any ideas how I could return these items free and get my refund (approx £160!) quickly.
