A word of warning.
I purchased a computer system from this company & after my order was accepted they advised me that 2 components where out of stock & there would be a 6 week wait.
I requested that they substitute these items as I needed the computer within a week. I was asked to cancel the original order & re.order, which I did, my D/Card was rejected through lack of funds. I now have no computer & no money £700.00 & all I can do is wait a further week for the funds to be returned to my account! My problem is that they are unable to offer any kind of accepable customer service despite there polite promises!:x

Our returns department is based in The Netherlands, so this is where all testing will be done.

The total RMA time is approx 3 weeks.
