    Kraft taking over Cadburys

    Does that mean:

    Kraft Dairy Milk ??

    Kraft Milk Tray ??

    Kraft Cream Eggs ??

    God I hope not !!

    probably.

very much doubt it, its a brand thats out there, that we are used to etc, surely the business would include the busines name etc

That aint going to happen, they brought cadbury to use as a front to sell there own poo chocolate

whenever i see or hear Kraft i think of those cheese slices

doubt it, they will want to use the brand name to keep the product popular

Tbh I dont care, as long as they keep recipies the same and dont give us the crap chocolate that they are used to in the US

They might change all the recipes look out for cream cheese eggs next year.

Full of veg oil anyhow and good chocolate should just not have veg oil in it, it's just wrong. So I don't care that it has been sold to a big us company. All our other decent companies have already been sold anyhow.

not bothered as long as they dont change the recipies, prefer galaxys anyway

They can't change the recipe too much, otherwise they can't legally call it chocolate over here.

In the Uk to be called chocolate it has to have over 20% choco solids or something like that, whereas in the usa it is much lower amount.

Stuff you learn when you have a friend who works in a chocolate shop :whistling:

Maybe the creme eggs may get bigger this easter! After all, the yanks do like BIG!

    krafty crunchy

I think you are in the vast minority there though.

Doubt it, Terrys Chocolate Orange remained after kraft bought them. Nestle (I know not kraft) kept the rowntrees name going also. Nothing will change.

German chocolate is the best, I'm not normally a choc fan but ate a fair bit of it whilst based over there.

Love chocolate, most brands. Agree the american stuff isnt usually that good. Hershy bars...yuck!

Very sad about this takeover, especially because the job situation is so bad here at the moment.

Might go on a serious diet if they move Cadbury factories abroad:w00t:

Not sure if the choc sold by lidl is german but is is far superior to the cadburys stuff for sure.

The hersys stuff I last tried tasted like the smaell of baby sick which again is just wrong:?
