La Senza - Returns - Anyone returned to store for refund?

Website not clear about returns,does anyone know if items can be returned to store for refund if unwanted? Their return address online is not freepost.It doesn't really say can be returned to any store,but then it goes on about alternatively send back here....not really clear...
