You can cook them anyway you like so long as they are hot and cooked right through.
if they are thin (Loin chop) i'd just fry them till done,
a thicker cut like a Chump chop may be better seared then into the oven

I went shopping in Aldi last Wednesday, and it was all there had, and half price as out of date so quickly got some and put in freezer, I thought lucky, lol ppl freezers must be full with bulk buying 😄😄

that's good, I think I will , love a bit of minted lamb

20 minutes at 180 degrees does it. Less if they are thinner.
Quick sear, then in the oven in minted lamb gravy. Lots of gravy, mashed potatoes and broccoli...Mmmmm Mmmmm.

As they are minted then id do them in the oven,
if you sear them you'l leave most of the minty goodness in the frying pan

And how was it?

We were all expecting a pic of it so we could 'rate your plate'
ohh I will found one, a bit chewy but quite nice, maybe cooked more, but I was hungry
