laptop

anyone got advice on a laptop. I have a £500 budget but i notice dell are now charging for delivery on all laptops is that right? should i wait to get free delivery or is there a good deal around already. Cant go over £500 really, its for a charity. Ideally it would have Excel but i could just add this myself right? anyone got any links. I clicked on a few links on this site but they seem to be broken.

At www.dell.co.uk in 'home dell system' click on 'home' in the 'Dell E-value' section enter 305 - N02135 then search. You will find Inspiron 1300 for £493 and if to change basic 3 year cover to 90 days collect and return, the price will drop to £399 this include vat and delivery!

I'd wait at least until this Thursday and see what happens marko4ever. The current pricing is not as strong as it could be at Dell.
