Laptop Advice

Looking at this EI SYSTEMS 4213 Refurbished Laptop from the Dixons group, specs are Intel Celeron C530 Processor (1.73GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1MB Cache) Genuine Windows Vista(R) Home Premium 1GB Memory 80GB Hard Drive 13" Briteview Dual Layer DVD Rewriter Wifi Enabled USB Connections - 3 Integrated Graphics.

It's for my daughter, she won't be attempting to play anything more graphical than Bratz aand Barbie games, she'll do a bit of limited web browsing and listening to music watching/watching dvd's. Is this laptop gonna manage to do that, and as I have never used Vista will she get used to it easily?

How much is it, because someone might be able to suggest a better alternative at same sort of price (or same sort of pc at cheaper price)

Went for this one at £237 instead,
Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor T2080 1.73GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1MB Cache
    Genuine Windows Vista Premium
    1GB Memory
    80GB Hard Drive
    [*]DVD ReWriter
    [*]15.4" WXGA Widescreen Display
    [*]128MB UMA Graphics
    [*]Wireless Enabled
    [*]2.7kg Weight[/LIST]

It has a better spec - if you find it too slow the memory should be upgradeable.

You should have no difficulty working with Vista functionality - it is not very different. Switch to Basic mode if the Aero stuff slows it down... it probably won't run this properly anyway.
