Laptop around £500

I'm hoping someone can help. I'm looking to buy a laptop this weekend as a second PC (there is always a queue for the desktop) Only really need it for web browsing & homework etc, not games. I have seen a Toshiba Equium P200-178 in PC World for £499 which seems to have more than we need & has been reduced from £699. Just wondered if anyone has any advice regarding these as I know diddly squat about My budget is £400-£500, Help!

I have just bought this one for my daughter.…asp

She needs it for the same things as her and her vast array of music! Seems pretty good so far. Although I am pretty disappointed with laptops direct. There support helpline is now based abroad... along with so many other companies nowadays!

    RAM: 2048MB (2GB) DDR2-SDRAM
    Hard Drive: 160GB
    Screen: 15.4" TFT CrystalBrite (1200x800)
    Optical Drive: DVD±RW Super Multi
    Graphics: NVidia GeForce Go7300
    Wireless LAN: 802.11b/g
    Weight: 3.2Kg

Its priced at £597.97 on the Acer website but got a deal at £449.99 so I am happy with that, its got even better spec than the Toshiba I'd originally considered. Thanks for your help.
