Hello,
I have a laptop with 4gb and would like to upgrade the RAM.
The issue is, I don't know if it's possible / if the RAM is unremovable, as not only is there only 1 slot, when I used and ran the Crucial RAM scanner, it didn't not give me any option.
My laptop model is :
Asus X415EA-EB202T
ASUS X415EA EB202T 14" - Core i3 1115G4 - 256 GB SSD 4gb RAM On-board
Can so please provide some advice or what I should do?

Memory
8GB DDR4 on board
Total system memory upgradeable to:16GB
4GB DDR4 on board
Total system memory upgradeable to:12GB
Expansion Slots (includes used)
1x DDR4 SO-DIMM slot
So reads as if the 4GBs is soldered on the mainboard and you should have a empty expansion slot that can take 8GBs. Did you take the bottom off and check if it was populated or not?
I am confused why Crucial said they cannot find anything compatible.
