Laptop recommendation

Just want some advice on buying a laptop for a dear friend of mine. Does not have to be new, refurbished with warranty would be good. Main use will be Internet stuff, typing letters, no gaming, nothing too fancy. I was thinking to get an i3 at least though my budget is around £125 so not sure that I can find something matching that processor. Anyone know of a good site that sell second-hand/refurbished with warranty laptop, Thank you
I did a search for Laptop recommendation but i don't know how to filter the most recent results, i had 10 year+ post coming first

Have you considered a chrome book?…1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481917679&sr=8-1π=SX200_QL40&keywords=chrome+book&dpPl=1&dpID=417ek338G4L&ref=plSrch

Refreshed By Us and I'd agree if you're looking at £125 then a chrome book would be a good call…ice

    Light use = chromebook

Would he not consider a tablet. Some of the cheaper windows tablets are OK. He could get a keyboard later on down the line. I had a Dell Venue from work and although the processor was weak, it would easily serve the purpose you described.

Thanks for the Chromebook recommendation, never really looked at them, as the person i am buying for is right now computer illiterate, it seems a very good idea
