Hi, this is for a friend, who's looking for a laptop capable of playing Minecraft & other children's games (for his children), & a bit of video editing - but nothing too extreme.

EDIT: needs to have a touchscreen too...

I'm aware a laptop with reasonably good graphics, will be capable of almost any other task (office, browsing the internet, etc), so I'm not mentioning these.

Please suggest up to 5 if you can, Thanks very much

Thanks, but £200 over budget unfortunately & from reviews 'Gets too hot & loud fans' apparently.

Was considering the Asus TUF A17 for £899 in some online stores, e,g, amazon.co.uk/dp/…D3C but it is termed a 'gaming' laptop
Main specs:
  • AMD Ryzen 5-4600H 3GHz
  • 8GB RAM + 512GB SSD
  • 17.3" FHD Display
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650Ti
  • Windows 10 Home

It's an i9 in there. When gaming on Ultra high settings , the fans are on full blast.
