Laptop warranty question...

I was wandering what does a standard laptop warranty cover? I bought a toshiba laptop 6 months ago and have looked after it. I have just noticed that the casing on the corner above the screen is starting to crack. Would this be covered under the warranty?

I sent my Toshiba off after 9 months, cos the down arrow wouldn't work. They replaced the whole keyboard! So phone them and see, cos it costs £58 for them to look at it if it isn't in warranty!

depends how - could be "wear and tear" especially if u been doing something to lappy, otherwise should be warranty

act quick and take some photos, its so much easier to deal with before the six months deadline as they will repair it rather thatn argue the toss as to whos fault it is.
