Lawyers specializing in the building industry

Hi,
Can anybody recommend a lawyer(s) that specialise in building related claims against a developer - specifically multi-dwelling flats. It's a long story, but I and others have followed the NHBC process and getting nowhere fast (the developer agrees to a resolution with NHBC and then don't follow thro' and duck n dive and...) I've had enough now! I'm confident I can get the agreement of other owners to pursue a class action suite.
Would anyone know if you get these specialised lawyers to work on a no win no fee basis?
Thanks in advance
Cheers
Gazza

Run for the hills everyone,if only i had the speed of a gerbil :whistling:

Without knowing the circumstances , I doubt any lawyer will take it for no fee as it will come under contract law. No win no fee is usually a personal injury case
