Hey guys I gave my 30 notice via their website over a month ago. I gave it twice because I didn't get an email acknowledgement and thought they give that, but it seems they don't. Anyway I called up to stop billing me and they are saying I haven't given them notice. They say they have no record of anything. I'm already with now broadband and effectively paying two now. Surely they should have a record of all the complaints through online site otherwise they go unresolved. What do I do? Spoke to them 4 times they aren't having it and cut the line 3 times on me.
