Lebara internet (data) not reliable and goes off completely at least once a day...

Lebara internet (data) not reliable and goes off completely at least once a day...or is it just me?

i signed up to (2 weeks now) Lebara unlimted everything for £15 for the first 3 mths, thus far not impressed as i have never lost all internet/data on my last network or the one before that.
