Legoland Windsor Shop Prices

8
Found 9th Aug 2014
Going to Legoland Windsor with family in a few days and just wanted to ask regarding Merchandise and Souvenirs.

Is it cheaper than the online store or even more expensive?

I wouldn't mind buying a Lego Keyring or two for myself and maybe some Lego sets for the kids.

Any info would be appreciated.

Its cheaper on Amazon - we always get the kids to pick out what they want in the shop then order it for next day delivery on amazon. Pretty much everything in the store is sold at rrp.

That's disappointing but hopefully the rides/attractions will still be fun. First time going.

Prepare yourself for big queues and lots of walking. There's quite a steep hill between the entrance and the rides - walk down it, but get the train back up when convenient.

Food can be cheap if you eat at pizza & pasta place, or at the duplo buffet restaurant, but I'd recommend bringing your own.

Refillable drinks cups were £6 last year, this may have gone up.

Do star wars miniland at the beginning as its by the entrance and opens before the rest of the park. Do the 'big' miniland at the end after the rides have closed...

Thanks for the tips.

We're mainly going for the kids but is there decent rides for adults?
Also I really want some key rings but on the LEGO site with the postage, they're not really worth it. Are they the same price at Legoland (£2.99) ?

There's a few fast rides, I doubt you'll get bored tbh. And keyring prices sound about the same iirc.

The food inside is expensive, the jacket potato place by the castle was about the best value we found.
