    £150

I'd say more like £120 tops, price new from 5 years ago bares no relevance and its only 1080i

£150 sounds ok be nice to get a little more though lol

    £100 would be more realistic.

    +1

    what model LG is it?

Doesnt matter that its in its original box - I would also agree with it being worth around £100

£100 sounds about right.. Due to it being 5 years old.

My 42" Plasma cost £1800 with a RRP of £2200 5 years ago...... I doubt that's worth £200 second hand now...... so realistically a 32" LCD will be no more than others have suggested @ £100

    £100

I agree with the £100-£120 estimates. I've got a Samsung 32 inch 1080p LCD that I bought in May 2009 and I think I'd only be looking at £200-£235 if I was going to sell.

And how much would that 32" Beko you had be worth now? It was only £100 new 3 years ago!

Haha... You know what, I did almost post that, but thought I'd be accused of boasting!

    PS it was 2 sets FYI - and I got the 2 x £100 back too! X)

A brand new 32" 1080i LG is probably ~£300 brand new.
If I bought one today, and sold it tomorrow, I would expect to get £220 - £250.

Now think of your 5 year old set.
If you got anybody to by it at all, then think yourself lucky.

In the "real world" people will pay more for things, where as us that shop online, have deeper knowledge, access to lower priced goods over the high street and generally want more than a bargain.

Some people will see 32", LCD and say ok £150 is worth it, others will say, it's 5 years old, 'only' 32", here's £75.

Put it in the freeads/local paper. Go for £125 then knock £5 off as goodwill.
