LG fh4u2vcn2 direct drive washing machine

Paid £400 for this machine 18 months ago, we have had nothing but bother with it since. The machine has an extremely sensitive imbalance mode built in meaning, it stops mid wash and u have to drain it manually , this is now happening on a daily basis. !! When I called lg to get an engineer visit, customer service dept said they would call back in 48hrs, that was 2 weeks ago, i called again and basicly I have been fobbed off again. If they think I'm going to let this go they are very much mistaken. Do yourself a favour and avoid LG like the plague

. I have one, my daughter has one and my son has one recommended by me after years of use with them..... Great machines, highly recommended (by me anyway)
Just replaced mine after 8 years, so reckon their pretty good for the money, as it’s used nearly every day, twice sometimes

Then get off here and sort them out
