Lidl remote controlled sockets - instructions?

Lidl special buy on Thursday 9th - I bought them last time but have stupidly lost the instructions. I've tried all combinations of button presses to "teach" the remote and sockets to interact but no luck, anyone have the instructions to hand? Thanks
