The festive season can be a time of joy and spending time with loved ones but it can also be a stressful and lonely period.

During this time it is important to try to remember to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

Therefore I have decided to post a list of organisations that are able to help tackle all sorts of issues from loneliness to depression and bereavement etc...

Mind is a mental health charity.
