    Littlewoods and Littlewoods Direct etc

After reading the stories about fraud dept catching up with people I have gotten a bit scared! I have used several codes on a littlewoods account, which I have since paid off and closed down. Only used a code on Additions twice (paid by debit card), and I think maybe once with Littlewoods Direct if at all. All were used on the named company, and did not try to use new customer codes on an existing account etc. I wouldn't personally class that as 'abusing' the codes, but what do you reckon the chances of them catching up with me would be?

Before everybody goes on about the T&C's etc... I know I am at fault and obviously would pay back if gripped because I have had the goods!

I am not asking for a telling off/lecture, once I read the stories I stopped using them, and as stated am not gonna fight it, just asking about the likelihood of it catching up with me.

If you didnt use them that much i think you will be fine.. its only people that abused the codes and used them ALOT that i think will be in for it

It was probably in total at most 15 (I doubt it was even that many), over about a year, d'oh, still we live and learn! Makes you think though if they have maybe somehow done it on purpose?!? I mean I know it is down to the buyer to read T&C's but they are tempting codes and make overpriced stuff exceptionally good prices. They do have ways of limiting who uses which codes, as they don't all work for everyone! They obviously just choose not to vet each one!

so about 1 code a month???

Like I said doubt it was even that many, prob closer to 10 spread out over prob closer to 18 months actually thinking about it, and bear in mind 3 were with others, not littlewoods. I know stupidity at it's best, but it was all before the horror stories, had I known, wouldn't of even thought about doing it! Hence why the account was closed down, no temptation to do it again! If it catches up with me so be it.

Was just wondering what the chances were really, sort of the scenarios where people were gripped. Like if it was just people who did it with all of the group, or if it was reusing same code repeatedly, having several accounts with just one of the group. People are very quick to slate the group for claiming the money back but don't really go into much detail about the circumstances!
