Littlewoods direct change of name and products

    I have seen a post on here about it so i went to check. I paid for a sofa on there that hasnt yet been delivered. It said it would be 4 weeks and should be delivered on the 9th of this month. But when i sign in , the sofa i bought is no longer on the website. I says nothing in my track order bit either. Do you think i will recieve the sofas? just wait til the 9th? or ring them and see what they say? I really dont want to ring them as i get all nervous and tongue tied x


    Why dont you log into your account, where you would normally go to see ur account balance and click on the account queries button, you can email them from there, normally quick to get back to ya to.

    if you paid for it you have the right to know whats going on

    have a look on the marshall ward site and see if they are still selling you sofa because they have not changed and they were the same site as littlewoods direct before it changed..

    Seems like a ridiculous name to me...All one can hope is that they improve their customer service which i find appalling.
