Lol Do PC World expect loads of faulty stock or something

Ordered a new pc,it was dead on arrival, phoned back and woman asked if I spoke to tech support, I said no as I know about PC's and the processors fried she went "no problem guess you want a refund then" I said yes and she asked my address to send a returns label and said refund will be sent soon as it gets back!

Just good customer service I would say, very refreshing

Having worked for them the answer would have to be yes :giggle:
