Hello,

Hoping to take DD to see either Matilda or Charlie Chocolate Factory - close to Christmas this year. The tickets are so expensive everywhere I checked. Is there any reliable discount site/place/codes etc you guys use to buy WestEnd musical tickets? Any help much appreciated.

Cheers

Loads whats your budget bear in mind normally you can get cheaper tickets but the view maybe terrible/restricted and will probably ruin the experience.

Thanks for replying - not looking at more than 50-ish per ticket.

Matinee is totally cool for me - would like a seat close to the stage - but I am sure they would be expensive - something mid tier - not the last rows in the upper stall would be perfect.

Isn't that the usual convention in here as well to address your daughter

For Matilda I doubt you'll get to sit anywhere for less than £80 a ticket on any performance.. but I have seen it once and planning to go again and have to say its totally worth it. You can take a chance to see if you can get tickets on the morning of the performance from the TKTS booth in Leicester Square, but with such a hugely popular performance I doubt you'll find anything and the discount won't be huge compared to face value.
