Looking For A Charcoal Smoker, I have a £300 Budget

I am looking to upgrade my current smoker this summer. I have a budget of about £300 and initially was looking at the Pit Barrel Company Smoker but can't find anywhere that stocks them in the UK anymore.

My other choice is the ProQ Frontier Elite as that is readily available and has a cold smoking set that you can add, that appeals to me as I haven't tried cold smoking yet.

I am not a build it yourself type of person, so are there any other recommendations that people may have on here, for a stand up smoker (charcoal only) that works out the box, without any need for any mods. Not interested in those unwieldy barrels on its side with wheels and an offset smoker on the side though.

I want one of these, not allowed it though!

I looked at the Weber Smokey Mountain 47cm as well. but the ProQ seems comparable to it, for less money

According to The Pit Barrel Company are hoping to list there smoker on Amazon UK in the next 1-2 months with all duties and delivery included. Hopefully will be competitively priced, as this is the smoker I really want.

Bit the bullet and bought a ProQ Hot and Cold smoker with a Pizza stone yesterday.

I have also spotted this, which looks a decent smoker to start off with in the budget range, if it is of interest to anyone on here?…ill? £85 delivered, most places have it around the £99 mark it has decent thick outer walls, compared to some of the others around this price a hanging rack and hooks, temperature probe holes and clips to secure it together to prevent heat escaping and a cover.
