I'm looking for a cheapish, indoor camera with decent picture quality, remote pan and tilt etc. What do you guys recommend?

Hasn't got to record, just remote viewing

doubt if you will get tilt and pan on a single cam set up

    I bought this Amazon Link

It's about £36 delivered. It's great. I use an app on iPhone to view and control it. Works well in low light - has IR diodes, pans, tilts, good picture for the price. No zoom though. Connects via wifi. Setup can be tricky for some of the advance functions, especially if you want to view remotely over the Internet - you'll have to set up port forwarding on your router, etc., but you'll have to do this for most wifi cameras. PM if you need help setting it up.

The app I use is called UCamPro, it doesn't support audio on this camera, but I think the desktop browser does, not sure. If you look at the home page for UCamPro, it lists its supported cameras and that might give you an idea of the features you might want. With this app you can control multiple cameras too. I have 2 web cams and this wifi camera setup, so can keep an eye on most areas of my house I need.
