Looking for a reliable courier for home pick up

I'm looking to send off a laptop to someone (on UK mainland) and it will be well packaged. Thing is, I'm a bit dubious of certain Co's like RM/citylink etc. and wondered if anyone has personal experience of a courier that collects from home?

My main concern is package handling, as I say it'll be boxed well but don't mind paying a little more if needed to help make sure it isn't dropped kicked around a depot or squashed in some van.

    tia.

Parcel monkey are great no probs.
Next day upgrade is £0.14 pence with city link make sure you have enough insurance cover.
Also as soon as they send email with shipping details.
You can print it stick it and i take to there depot rater than wait in all next day for pick up.
Depot is 1 mile away if done right.like now could book delivery and take to local office and get tom delivery thats what i do.

    Also £1.00 quidco,
