Looking for Graphic Card

Hi. Just as the title say im looking for a graphic card. I got a Vostro 200 from Dell 3 years ago. From what i can gather my PC specs is as follow:
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6550 (4M Cache, 2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB)
Video chipset Nvidia GeForce 8300GS
2 GB DDR II SDRAM, 667 MHz, Dual Channel
320 GB SATA HD 7200 RPM 8 MB Cache
and i think it came with Intel ® G33 Express Chipset motherboard(maybe from foxxconn-not really sure)

I want to change my graphic card so i can play some new game like Dragon Age 2, Homefront, Bulletstorm, etc.
I was thinking of HD 4830 or hd 4850 graphic card (See videocardbenchmark.net/gpu…php rank 56 and 53) because it a reasonable price for good high end graphic card but it seems that none of the reputable online seller sell these anymore. Im not even sure if my motherboard can handle these graphic card or can play these new game.

Can anyone recommend a good graphic card for me? The price range maybe around £50-90. Thanks for the help.

edit:
It seem i need to consider power for the graphic card aswell. I think my PSU is 300w. Is there any program that i can use to see how much power my PC component used?

If I change my PSU to 600w, would my PC be able to handle gtx 460 oc or
hd 5850 graphics card?

Well for most computers the wattage on the PSU is not what you need to be looking at but the 12v rail(s). Most PSU websites have a calculator use 2 or 3 to get a figure. For your system I would be looking at a minimum of 24A with the gtx460. Watch out as many may have more than one 12v rail but a lower combined total (eg 12v1=14A, 12v2=12A) so you would expect the total available to be 26A, but combined may only be able to deliver 22.

As for quality it is difficult and many people have preferences, but a general rule if it has gained 80plus certification then it's going to be of reasonable quality.

Was thinking of this Corsair CMPSU-650HXUK HX 650W Modular Power Supply it got +12V1 Rail 52 A.

The thing is can my other PC part(ie motherboard, ram, CPU, etc) handle those graphic card or is it a waste of money?

Well it's probably a little overkill unless your looking as a multi GPU setup in the future. Well without a full overhaul of your system you could look at a second hand socket 775 quad core or a faster dual core like the E5800. I would check with Dell support to see what processors are supported first.
