Hey guys, I am hoping to find someone with the items I need for my new Job. I am currently on the lookout for the following:

KEVLAR Stab-Proof and Bullet Proof Vest(Basiclly, Level 3, all Blades and small 9mm bullets)

Also, I am hunting for some Slash-Proof, Leather gloves, lined with KEVLAR.

If anyone has either lying around, Please let me know and give me price to what you want for them.

Thanks Guys,
Liam

Blimey, what's your new job?!?

If your looking for gloves try a local army surplus shop who should be able to sort you out with a pair of kevlar lined leather gloves. A friend picked me up a pair a while back for around £10 and are very comfy gloves and very good fitting and are are probably the same gloves that bouncers/doormen wear

sounds like a bouncer

Hey guys, thanks for your replies!

NFS, I tried my local Military Surplus store, but they are asking for £28 for a pair of gloves...bit pricey tbh...

As for the vest, does anyone have one they are willing to sell, as brand new they cost over £400 for a decent one...

Cheers

I have looked into this quite alot for myself and from what I gather you won't be able to do this on the cheap, good security bullet proof vests cost £400 you can't really get round it unless you buy them from ebay or something or elsewhere second hand.

With items like these you often get what you pay for and you certainly don't want to cheap out as far as protective clothing is concerned.

I would suggest just taking your chances with a stab proof vest, its cheaper and it should offer enough resistance to increase your chances if you get shot (I really don't think you will get shot) the medics could probably save you still.

good luck in your search, mate. hope you get the best affordable prices!
