Looking for the cheapest laptop or desktop pc!

Found 18th Dec 2008
I like to buy a new computer, nothing fancy, just as pure as possible.I'll use it just for surfing in the internet(music, youtube,).
And it would be a substitute if my current laptop break down(he's 3 year old and heavy used,I'm not sure how much you can repair if a laptop break ?)
Should I wait till after Christmas with buying it ?
I thought I buy one from ebay, but I'm not a big fan of it.

Thanks for your help!!

I have a slightly faulty laptop for sale. its a 2.8ghz celeron with 40gb hd, reloaded with Legit Xp & code.

The reason its slightly faulty is that the battery doesn't appear to be charging. It works fine plugged in and may be that it just needs a new battery - but then again might not be.

Anyway its a Medion / Microstar MID 2020 and I am looking for £100 for it in its present condition.

A faulty one without Hard drive went for £75 on ebay recently, spares or repairs quite regularly get £60.

Anyway might not be what you are looking for but then again - might be.

Ali

Many inexpensive ones at Bigpockets.
