In Japan many stores do a promotion on lucky bags at new year.
These are hugely popular and usually contain items with a higher RRP then what you pay. (if you search lucky bag on YouTube you'll see what I mean)
Clothing stores do bags by size, I believe there's pokemon bags and all sorts.
Do you think shops should consider something similar here? It will be a way to help clear some of the stock left from the lockdowns and also a good way to explore products you may have missed otherwise.
