"there were 10 times the normal level of arsenic found in her urine."

So a tiny tiny tiny tiny completely harmless amount then.

Nope, that's not quite what it said, that's why it's misleading.
It says 10 times the normal level, not 10 times the upper limit of what would be deemed safe.
Pretty much everyone will consume some arsenic every single day, so the normal level it's zero, but it is really very low. If you eat seafood you might have a level 20 times the normal quite easily.

Humans consume 5 to 25 mcg of arsenic each day, eating seafood could easily bring it up to 250 mcg, significant exposure to arsenic might be 1000, but people have been know to have 500,000 mcg and that's when things get really bad.
Her exposure could be equivalent to eating a small amount of seafood.

edit: the article interchanges "10 times the normal level" and "10 times the safe level", which really are different things.

Just read "They had to take vials of blood and it is getting sent to an arsenic specialist in Glasgow."
You would have to give the blood sample within the last 48 hours of touching the arsenic to really get any elevated levels, so I really don't believe that for one second, especially considering the sample is travelling quite a distance. It would be a urine test in that situation.
Wonder what can be done with magnetic putty. Maybe Tesla would of been able to do something with it.

Or a funnel perhaps. Not sure, fashion wise though, how that would look on top of my head. Let me know.
